MUSTANG MAGIC EQUINE THERAPY SERVICES
Where connection and healing happen: A Sanctuary for Personal Empowerment and Healing

Where the earth, the horse, and the therapeutic relationship come together to help you find your way back to yourself.

Healing happens in relationship - with humans and with horses.

Healing thrives in community.

Two voices. Two therapists. One shared space.

Healing that moves.

I HAVE WALKED MY OWN PATH OF HEALING - THIS HELPS ME SHOW UP FOR YOURS.
Your Therapist - Meet Annette
My name is Annette Pelletier. I have held my LCSW since 2016 and have been in the helping profession since 1998. I strongly believe in the power of experience as a way to heal and grow — which is why I practice outside the traditional office, combining equine therapy and adventure therapy with the depth of traditional talk therapy.

Having worked through and healed from my own challenges and hardships, I understand what it means to need a helper you can truly trust. My intention is always to provide you with a place of sanctuary — a space where your nervous system can settle, your story can be heard, and your healing can begin.I am also trained in EMDR, art therapy, and somatic approaches — bringing a wide range of tools to meet each client exactly where they are.

My family and I are relatively new to Central Oregon, but I am not new to this work. I bring nearly three decades of experience in the helping profession — and a deep love for this land and the horses who call it home.
HONEST. PRESENT. ACCEPTING. OUR HORSES ARE NATURAL HEALERS.
What is it about horses that draws people to them?

Perhaps it is their honesty, their overarching acceptance, or their ability to feel into us. Horses are animals of prey — which means they are fully present and exquisitely sensitive to the emotional world around them. They sense what we carry before we say a word.At Mustang Magic, we invite you to experience an authentic, non-judgmental, and truly felt relationship with our horses — offering a unique space for healing, growth, and self-discovery that cannot be replicated anywhere else. Each horse here has their own story, their own personality, and their own way of meeting you exactly where you are.
Robert W.

My time of healing with her, with her direction, with her horses and out in nature have given me more healing in the few years we worked together than the decades of other therapy I have been through. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone who gets the opportunity to work with Annette and her horses."

Carrie B.

I highly recommend Annette as an extremely gifted therapist. She holds space for people in the most comfortable and understanding way. Her abilities are vast and highly tuned to work with individuals of all backgrounds. Personally, I felt as if 'it's going to be okay' after our session.

Sarah M.

Through art therapy, adventure therapy, equine therapy, and EMDR I learned so many important lessons and healthy coping mechanisms. She taught me how to accept myself and value myself, empowering me to be the independent woman that I am today.

Ashley T.

I left feeling heard and really enjoyed the creative nature of the work. I feel encouraged and more able to speak my truth and hold boundaries.

C.S.

Annette introduced me to a more physical way of approaching my trauma through hiking, geocaching, and equine therapy. I had fun and slowly came out of my shell as the confidence in myself grew.

Dre L.

Annette has the ability to leap in with her heart and be incredibly present with her clients.

YOU FOUND YOUR WAY HERE.
When the World Feels Unsafe - This Is a Soft Place to Land.

When navigating complex trauma, the world can feel like a place where your boundaries are ignored, your safety is compromised, and your agency has been stripped away. Survival becomes a full-time job, often leaving you feeling disconnected from your own body and the world in which you live.

True healing requires more than sitting in a room talking about past injuries. It requires an environment that offers a soft place to land and a dynamic space to rebuild. That is why our program steps outside the traditional office and moves onto the earth - combining the somatic wisdom of Equine-Assisted Therapy with the experiential power of Adventure Therapy.

Here, healing happens in relationship. With the land. With the horses. And with a therapist who has walked her own journey of healing and understands the importance of feeling safe and truly connected with your helper.
