This is a free group offered by our intern, Jenn Wass. Group starts on Saturday 2/21. Group will run for 10 weeks. This group provides a welcoming and supportive environment specifically for women to engage in thoughtful discussions about the book The Body Keeps the Score. Members are encouraged to share their insights, relate the book's content to their own experiences, and reflect on the impact of trauma in their lives. Through regular meetings, participants explore the various ways the book addresses healing from trauma. The group emphasizes building a sense of safety and community, allowing members to learn from one another and foster personal growth as they navigate their individual healing journeys.
